My name is Renee and I am a 25-year-old new mom living in Boston suburbia on a journey to become a modern-day homemaker, mom and wife.

You’re probably wondering what wisdom might I have to offer? None. None at all. In fact, I lived AT HOME until I got married in 2011 , and just became a mom in September 2012. I’m a newbie, a novice, a know-nothing.

This blog is not about what I know. It’s about what other women know. The women with years on their side, experience, insight… wisdom.

I LOVE getting great advice because the bottom line is, I need it. And what good is something great if it isn’t shared??

The purpose of this blog is to seek out great advice, put it to the test, and share my experience.

I hope you enjoy following my little journeys and can appreciate and take something from the advice I am gathering.

Oh, and the name? My maiden name is Joly (pronounced Jolly), and is therefore my mother’s name who is a primary source for a lot of this helpful advice.
